Abstract:

    The manipulators used in the industrial production are lacking the possibility to perceive their environment. To allow human and robot to work in a common workspace, the SIMERO-System secures the transfer motions of the robot with cameras. The camera system is monitored for defects. Defects considered include errors in image-transfers and errors in camera positioning.
